Although it is strongly recommended that consumable tooling be purchased from TLC, it is not a requirement to ensure optimum production of Gen-3 and Gen-5 TLC equipment. 

TLC stocks a full complement of consumable tooling including a wide variety of axles, wheelholders, bushings, restrainers and Toyo tungsten carbide wheels - 4.0 mm and 2.5 mm - in various angles and finishes - 114 (replaces 101) polished / unpolished (103).  Pricing is competitive. Minimum quantity order is 5.

Shipping:

Domestic:      1-2 days in-house stock.  Out-of-stock lead-time is 6-8 weeks. 
International: 1-4 days in-house stock.  Out-of-stock lead-time is 6-8 weeks.

Annual orders are strongly recommended to ensure stock and avoid untimely delays.

Custom Toyo wheels are available with a minimum initial orderquantity of 100.  Lead-time is 6-8 weeks.

TLC manufactures conversion wheelholders for other manufacturers' glass cutting equipment to accommodate Toyo wheels.
