Payment is required with the initial purchase order (Net 0).  Payment may be via wire transfer or bank draft.  TLC does not accept credit cards.

Standard shipping: In-stock items, 1-4 days ARO; out-of-stock items 6-8 weeks ARO.

• All shipping, insurance and duty charges are paid by Buyer.

• FedEx or UPS account number is required on Purchase Order, with designated type of service requested.

All consumable tooling orders are final - no exchanges or returns.

To ensure shipment on demand in the future, TLC requests a requirement projection to allow stock of required wheels and axles to provide shipment of not later than one (1) week ARO. 

TLC stocks Toyo carbide cutting wheels of many different configurations of 4.0mm and 2.5mm OD wheels:

Wheel specifications, (angle, ID, OD, thickness, and grind - polished/unpolished), all contribute to resultant cutting quality and afterbreak yield.  There are guidelines to follow for each type of substrate (soda lime, borosilicate, aluminosilicate, quartz, sapphire, etc.), but each one may vary.  

To determine an optimum wheel for each product requires test and analysis for each substrate.  nfortunately, there is no "set" formula of cutting parameters, as there are many contributing factors and variables.
