Ernest K. Linden
Founder and President, TLC International
Through the years, it has been my vision that TLC International would one day become the world leader in the computerized mechanical glass cutting industry. I take this opportunity to thank each person who has contributed to making the dream of TLC International a reality. Special thanks, as well, goes to each customer who has placed confidence in TLC's equipment, service and technology.
As president and founder of TLC International, my master plan was, and remains still, that TLC will do everything possible to assist customers reach peak performance levels in high-accuracy thin flat glass cutting microprocessing. Throughout my business career, spanning numerous years and much of the world, I have gained a vast insight into many peoples, cultures, and countries. Putting that knowledge and experience to work, and sharing it with colleagues and customers has contributed greatly to widening the scope and success of TLC International's global presence.
Since April 1998, when TLC International evolved from The Linden Company, it has been my privilege to spearhead and work closely with the TLC Engineering Development Team and Summit Precision, Inc., to develop the TLC Phoenix-600 from prototype into its current third-generation design and build. Overwhelming acceptance by a multitude of micro-product glass cutting industries has quickly propelled TLC toward worldwide recognition. Now, with the addition of the TLC Summit Gen-5, our scope has grown extensively, satisifying Gen-5 and Gen 5.5 manufacturing facilities.
TLC's definitive task is to incorporate "old-school" business ethics, honesty and integrity, into every achievement and endeavor, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. Our challenge is to provide increasing value whenever possible. Our ultimate goal is to ensure maximum equipment and manpower performance for every TLC customer - our partners in business - who are, above all, the reason TLC has become the successful, flourishing entity it is today.
Sincerely,
Ernest K. Linden
President
