Consumable Tooling Print E-mail

TLC stocks a full complement of consumable tooling including a wide variety of axles, wheelholders, bushings, restrainers and tungsten carbide wheels - 4.0 mm and 2.5 mm - in various angles and finishes : satin/polished (114) /unpolished (103).  Pricing is competitive. Minimum quantity order is 5.  USD20.00 packaging fee on all orders.

Domestic:       1-2 days in-house stock.  Out-of-stock lead-time is 6-8 weeks. 
International:  2-4 days in-house stock.  Out-of-stock lead-time is 6-8 weeks.

Annual orders are strongly recommended to ensure stock and avoid untimely delays.

Custom wheels are available with a minimum initial order quantity of 100.  Lead-time is 6-8 weeks.

TLC manufactures conversion wheelholders for other manufacturers' glass cutting equipment to accommodate in-stock tungsten carbide wheels.  

Although it is strongly recommended that consumable tooling be purchased from TLC, it is not a requirement to ensure optimum production of Gen-3 and Gen-5 TLC equipment.
