Maintaining optimum customer production is tantamount to TLC International.  Every effort is made to provide 24/7 technical support.  TLC's service engineers are well trained and provide support to most other glass cutting machines in an emergency.

Simple troubleshooting many times can be accomplished via e-mail, fax or phone, restoring equipment to full production capacity in a short time.

Replacement parts can generally be sent overnight via Federal Express to any domestic location. International shipments require 2-3 days, depending upon country location and customs processing.

If on-site service is required, TLC service engineers are most always available within 24 hours anywhere in the United States, and 2-3 days internationally, depending on the country and facility location.
