Maintaining optimum customer production is tantamount to TLC International.  Every effort is made to provide 24/7 technical support.  TLC's technical service engineers are well trained to provide support to most other manufacturers' glass cutting machines in an emergency, including VPI, Mitsuboshi, Bystronic and others.

Simple troubleshooting many times can be accomplished via e-mail, fax or phone, to restore equipment to full production capacity quickly.

Replacement parts, if in stock, can generally be sent overnight via Federal Express to any domestic location. International shipments require 2-3 days, depending upon country location and customs processing.

If on-site service is required, TLC service engineers available within 24 hours anywhere in the United States, and 2-3 days internationally, depending on the country and facility location.
