TLC 's Outsource R&D Technical Glass Cutting Lab, started in mid-2008, has proven to be a welcome prototpye solution facility for companies without in-house R&D capabilities.  It also provides prototype and process development consulting for quick-to-market products, or engineering assistance with new applications and processes.
