Led by the Southern Arizona Industry & Aerospace Alliance, EXPO 2004 is anchored by companies such as Raytheon, Honeywell, Bombardier, Texas Instruments, Sargent Controls and Evergreen Air Center. The Industry & Aerospace Cluster represents defense and space-related manufacturing, research and development, industrial high-tech fields, assembly, distribution. The cluster also encompasses firms that maintain and rehabilitate the nation's commercial aircraft fleet.

EXPO 2004 includes many partners including: City of Tucson Office of Economic Development, Greater Tucson Economic Council, Tucson Chamber of Commerce, Pima Community College, University of Arizona, University of Arizona Science & Tech Park, Sierra Vista Economic Development Foundation, Arizona Department of Commerce, Greater Tucson Strategic Partnership for Economic Development and Metropolitan Tucson Convention & Visitors Bureau; Southern Arizona Technical Council, Information Technology Association of Southern Arizona, Community Information And Telecommunications Alliance.
